Prayer

You never know how many lives you are touching when you pray for one person. I have been praying for a little girl named Ashley Garrett for over two years (right around the time Trevor and I met). She had cancer when I first heard about her through my co-worker Tadd at Amtrex. Her cancer is Osteosarcoma. She has been in remission and cancer free for some time! I check up on her through her website and see how she is doing from time to time and continue to pray for her. What I am amazed at is how she and her mother encourage and inspire me through their  trials.  Ashley is 10 years old. 10! and she speaks such wisdom. Her mother writes on the website every few weeks/months.  She has such faith.  I am writing about her today for two reasons. 1) because I feel Ashley and the Garrett Family story needed to be share so that you too can pray for her. 2) On Ashley's website, they name several children who are battling Cancer this very day and need prayer, so I thought I would include it in my post:
