Muffin Tin Egg Sandwich

Made these this morning for me and the kids whilst Trevor went off to work with his brother. They were a hit with me...not so much with the kiddos. The mixture needs salt and pepper and cheese if i am to please the rebels.

Muffin Tin Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Milk

3 Eggs

6 Cooked Sausage Patties

Cheese 6

Cooked Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Stir eggs and milk together. Fill 6 muffin tins with egg mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

3. Cut biscuits in half. Place egg, cheese and sausage between biscuit halves.
