Muffin Tin Monday

Muffin Tin Monday is a weekly blog gathering (here at HCO) of mommies who serve one meal a week (or more:) ) in a muffin tin! We post submissions every Monday and enjoy sharing and encouraging each other as parents. Remember, you can be as basic or as detailed as you want!

DON'T FORGET: Next week's theme is Children's Literature: Christmas Stories (or Holiday stories if you celebrate something different).

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a fun-filled wee
kend! Our thanksgiving weekend was full of blessings! The kids got a new bunk bed from Grandma and Grandpa (an early Christmas present), so I have been nesting furiously the last few days and actually having a bit of fun arranging and rearranging furniture! Our tin this week was another dessert installment:

Toppings for Mint Chip Ice Cream: Choc. Syrup, Rainbow Sprinkles, Strawberry Syrup, Yellow Sugar Sprinkles, Caramel Syrup, and Choc. Chips!

Here's what others are "cooking"up...

  1. That ice cream muffin tin is a great idea. Might have to try it soon as it's Summer over here in Australia.

  7. I wanted to thank you all for this idea! I am going to use this idea with my Christmas Party in a box that I am going to send to my neices and nephews for their Christmas present from their GG and our family. I will also wrap up some small presents for the party box as well. I figured I could do cookies, candies, chips, crackers and cheez whiz, and even throw in all the decoration stuff like the tablecloth etc. I am going to tie ribbons from their muffin tins to decorate them up Christmasy. They'll also have a cake that they'll bake and decorate in the shape of a Christmas tree. I am still working out all the little details on what all to send them. Anyway I really like this idea with the muffin tins for their Christmas party in a box.
