Muffin Tin Monday: 30 Days of Muffin Tin Meals - Day 3 Sweet and Salty

Welcome to Muffin Tin Monday! If you are a new reader, welcome. I am so glad to have you. Muffin Tin Monday is a weekly blog link up here at Muffin Tin Mom where I post a Muffin Tin Meal for kids each Monday and invite you to participate with me by linking up a blog post of your own or online photo of a muffin tin meal that you made for your kids.

Today is Day 3 of 30 Days of Muffin Tin Meals

For the month of September, I will be sharing 30 Days of Muffin Tin Meals for kids. So I hope you will check back every day to see the all the submissions. You can read about Day 1 and Day 2 here.

Mostly they are a healthy and fun way to introduce kids to new foods, get them to eat a variety of foods and to just have fun with meal time. Today however, I thought it would be fun to explore the sweeter side of MTM's.  I loved this Sweet n' Salty Muffin Tin Meal theme so much I did it twice! More on that next week.

Salty: Pretzel crisps and fish crackers
Sweet: Chocolate hazelnut spread, cookie butter, peanut butter and sprinkles

Dip the salty snacks into the sweet spreads and you have a fun holiday or anytime treat.

We ran out of sprinkles, so I opened up another jar. (Oh darn! ;) )

Pretzel crisp dipped in chocolate hazelnut spread, then in cookie butter and then in sprinkles.

Now it's your turn. Feel free to add your muffin tin meal blog post url to the link up below.

  5. Mmm, what a great theme! Ours was sweet & salty too, but it just so happened, not by design :)
