A Study in Grief-the Ebb and Flow of Life

In February, my mother passed away in a house fire. On April 28th, my grandfather passed away from congestive heart failure and on April 30th, Trevor's great grandma passed on from advanced kidney failure. Grief really does come in waves and it catches you off guard in the most unlikely places and at the most bizarre times. Everyone grieves differently. I have learned that three times over. There aren't even just two ways-happy or sad-there is whole host of processes that can occur separately or together and rather than sort them out and define them-it's better just to ride the wave and wait for it to ebb back into the ocean.
