Cranberry Chicken

This Easy Peasy Recipe was given to me by a dear friend years ago when I was struggling as a new wife and new cook. It's delicious and so easy to do! I have made it on many occasion. Sometimes just for the family and sometimes for guests.

Cranberry Chicken


6-8 Chicken Breasts (thawed and boneless)
1 Can Oceanspray Whole Cranberry Sauce
1 packet onion soup mix (I use Lipton)
1/2 Bottle Catalina Dressing (not to be confused with French)

**mix last three ingredients and pour over chicken in a 9x13 pan. cover with aluminum and bake at 350 degrees for 30. Bake additional 15 minutes uncovered.

I reserve excess sauce in a gravy bowl, for those who like to pour ir over their chicken. You can also pour it over less chicken breasts (you would have more sauce). Goes great with wild rice, balsalmic vinegarette salad, and french rolls.
