Essentially, this MT was about frosting the "tickets" with all the other ingredients! So yummy! I am wondering, however...was this a tough theme for anyone else? I had a very hard time. I definitely over thought the whole thing. I didn't want to do another dessert type tin, it just sort of happened that way! Oh well, it certainly was delicious! I wanted to do a tin around the nativity story (cause again, that's how we roll), but aside from the bible, we don't have any good nativity books...and I didn't want to risk being sacriligous. The Polar Express is one of my kids favorites, so we chose that one!
Now it's your turn to show me what you came up with! Bring me those tins, and remember, I accept submissions all week long!

We had a great time making the tin this week - we read "Santa's New Suit" and made new suits for Santa sandwiches!
ReplyDeleteI blogged about it here.

ReplyDeleteHi Michelle
ReplyDeleteI have been clicking around the blogoshpere lately and have recently found your blog. What a wonderful find your blog has been. So many creative and fun ideas. I am slowly but surely working my way through your posts.
One post that really caught my eye was your Christmas photo ornament. I just finished working on this last night and have written a post about it today.
Thank you so much for sharing your inspirational ideas. I love visiting your blog and will be sure to pop back soon.
Lots of love
Elise
Oh, such cute ideas! The Polar Express is one of our top favorite books/movies, too! I wish I could've contributed this week, but I was in a brain lapse and couldn't get creative. :)

I had to come by and see what you did last year since you told me you did The Polar Express, too. I love it!! (And I love seeing what everybody else did, too!) I like the idea of the train tickets! I was having a hard time deciding what the sandwich would be (the bed), train tickets would have been so much cooler!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I love MTM! I'm so happy we started doing it. :-)
