Muffin Tin Monday - Theme: Letters of the Alphabet

Good morning and happy Monday to you all! If you are new to this blog, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or become a "follower"(see my sidebar). That way you can keep up with all things Her Cup Overfloweth!

Welcome everyone to another lovely edition of Muffin Tin Monday! This week's theme is: Letters of the Alphabet! You can take liberties with this theme as you wish: all foods starting with one letter, a series of letters, or even spell out a word with your foods! It's up to you!

For our Muffin Tin Meal today we chose "The ABC's of Dessert"

(Apples with Caramel Sauce, Cream {whipped with Assorted Sprinkles}, Choc. Chips, Coconut, Berries {dried}, Cereal {Granola})
The idea was to put in in yogurt or ice cream, but we didn't get that far. The kids just started in on the toppings! Works for me! I introduced the coconut as a "new" item and they still think it's "gross". Little Miss even said "Coconut is what grown ups eat." Ha ha ha! Tell that to Coach, who also hates coconut!

Now, it's your turn! What did you make for Muffin Tin Monday?Submit your blog post or Flickr photo in the form below!

  1. This was fun. Yours always looks tasty!

  2. We will have to try a dessert tin, yummy!

  3. I think this is such a great idea! Thanks for your creativity!

  4. Thanks for this idea!

I've just started a new (separate) blog to log our summer adventures and we have been wanting to do the muffin tin meals for awhile now.

  5. Loved the alphabet theme! The kids especially loved the ICE CREAM for lunch. :)

  6. Looks so yummy - I ♥ coconut and even my kids will eat it sometimes!!! So, send it my way!

Now, I am wondering what a "copy cat" theme is ... do you do what someone else has done? (like the fishing one you did that I keep wanting to do?)

  7. Better late than never...
    You have such great tins!
