Today's Muffin Tin Monday Meal theme is Patriotic. So, we did
a simple Red, White and Blue affair: Ice Cold Blueberries, Raspberries, & Babybel Light Cheese Wedges
Proof positive that even you can do a Muffin Tin Meal on vacation! We were vacationing in Palm Desert,CA last week and I packed muffin tin liners instead of a tin. When we were grocery shopping for the week, I made sure to get "red, white, & blue" foods for our trip. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it! Raspberries were new to them, this time around. But it was good to expose them-they got two down each. It was a good start! The cheese is not as white when placed up against those liners, but...well, it works for me!
Stay tuned this week, as I have some patriotic crafts coming as well as a Muffin Tin Monday related anouncement- (hint: it involves a giveaway and a swap...was that too much info?)

that is awesome! I really wanted to do this one, but we are in the USA (not Canada, our home) on vacation so we didn't participate this week in MTM.
