Welcome to another lovely edition of Muffin tIn Monday, the weekly blog carnival (that's a fancy word for gathering/link up) where us moms (We welcome Dads and caregivers too) get together and, blog across blog across blog, share the Muffin Tinn Meals we serve to our kids! What's a Muffin Tin Meal you ask? Simply put - It's a meal served in a muffin tin. It has become quite the tadition in this household and great way to serve a wider variety of foods in smaller portions - Perfect for little mouths!
This week's theme? ABC's and 123's. Here's what we did:

I am so excited for this week's Muffin Tin Monday! I am amazed that I made the theme work with what we had in the kitchen!
A is for Apples
B is for Bananas
C is for Carrots
1 scoop of Peanut Butter with a choco chip "1"
2 Orange Wedges
2 quesadilla triangles
The Muffin Tin Kids loved it! What did you make for Muffin Tin Monday? Won't you share it with us? Leave the URL link to your blog post or photo in the form below. And next week's theme is Dr. Suess!
What a cute counting idea! I love it! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a great meal! Thanks for hosting this again! This was a great theme!
ReplyDeleteLooks so yummy - the cup of peanut butter would be very well received around here - I'll have to do that one day!

ReplyDelete(Isn't it amazing what you r mind can come up with even when the pantry is bare?)

ReplyDeleteVery cute!! I am always amazed at myself when I can make a theme out of the randomness that is left in the kitchen after not shopping for awhile. You did a great job :0)

ReplyDeleteVery yummy and cute! I really liked this theme, too. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteI tried your idea with my 2 1/2 yr old daugther today, she is my picky eater. It worked like a charm. This once non-meat eater, ate her entire protein and potatoes and cukes without me having to remind her to stay in her chair. Thank you. I will be making this a regular thing daily, especially on Mondays. What a blessing I found your blog!!! God bless you and your ideas.

What a fun and clever concept. It may be too late for my girls but I'm filing it under someday (far away!) for the grandkids. :)
ReplyDeleteABC is an appropriate theme for this week cuz it's Family Literacy day today! (At least here in Ottawa, Canada!)
ReplyDeletePretty neat ideas!
I just found your blog through SITS, and I love the muffin tins! I think my five and two-year-old daughters would love this!
