You don't need much, just a muffin tin, some food to put in it and hungry kiddos!

In this muffin tin meal: red grapes, blueberries, California strawberries, tangerines, heart shaped cheese slices and almonds.

According to the whfoods.com, Almonds are a great source of Vitamin E and Potassium, and Magnese and contain healthy fats and protein. Because of choking hazards, you shouldn't give whole nuts to a child under five. Almond Butter is a great alternative if your child is over 6 months and does not have a family history of allergies. Always, always, consult with your pediatrician about food safety and allergies.

The muffin tin in this picture is made by Wilton and the cupcake treat liners are made by Martha Stewart.
