I am Iowa bound! Monday, I fly to Iowa courtesy of the Soyfoods Council as part of their annual editor tour. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see first hand where my food comes from. I hope you can benefit from my experience.

Among other highlights, I will be:

-Touring Meredith Gardens, home of the Better Home and Gardens Test Kitchen
-Touring Soybean Farms (both GMO and Non-GMO farms)
-Learning how to make tofu
-Shell and cook with edamame
-Hear from researchers, doctors and speakers on a variety of Soyfoods topics.

I am excited to share my experience with you. You can follow along with me through these social media platforms:

Twitter: @muffintinmom
Facebook Page: Muffin Tin Meals
Instagram: Muffintinmom (for iphone and android)

I have done some peer reviewed research for my trip and ready with questions for the speakers, representatives and farmers. I am looking forward to hearing what they have to say. I hope you find my experience beneficial to you.
